Not what I expected

We showed up late and got stuck in a basement room that had water all over the floor. It was kinda gross, honestly—not even close to clean. The staff didn't really speak English, which made it tougher. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but with the toilet backing up, I can't say I'd recommend it.

The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and helped us through our late check-in with a smile. The breakfast was a solid spread, especially appreciated those early morning waffles we had before hitting the road.

It was pricey but still acceptable for what we needed.

I found the location convenient for the event I attended, which allowed me to experience local culture. The quiet atmosphere fit well with my need for a relaxing stay while exploring Brooklyn. I connected with local people and enjoyed the Wednesday pizza special nearby, a welcome treat after a long day.

The room had a funky smell and the décor was not appealing. I noticed stains on the blanket and had to request a new one, which felt inconvenient.

My stay at Days Inn By Wyndham Brooklyn Marine Park was quite pleasant. The room was clean and had a cozy layout, complete with a mini-fridge and a flat-screen TV that made relaxing easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in seamless.

Parking can be tricky.

The room felt cramped, and I wasn’t a fan of the strong smell when I walked in. It was cleaned well, but the window treatments didn't block out much light, so I couldn't sleep in. Plus, the bathroom had some mold, which was a big turn-off. The room sizes seemed pretty small for two people to move around comfortably. Not the best experience overall.

The overall wear inside the hotel shows, especially with some maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns in common areas, which might not sit well with everyone. While being in a decent location, the surroundings can feel a bit sketchy at night, depending on your vibe.

Great location near fun spots, but the room was a bit small for comfort.

The bed was comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep. The air conditioning worked fine, which was a relief during the hot days.

However, the general state of the room left much to be desired.
